To begin the process of starting your adoption, you will simply need to select your state from our drop down box just to the right or select it from the tab on the top of this page. At this point, you will be able to read some further information that is specific to your state and their adoption process and requirements. If you have any questions you may contact one of our experiences staff members at any time! Once you are comfortable with our site and our process, all you need to do is click on the banner, “Login to Your Adoption Questionnaire” or on the lower right corner of this page, you can register from the “Login Status” box. This will direct you to our secure online questionnaire
The questionnaire is not extensive and can be completed in a timely manner. Complete the questionnaire the best that you are able to. Don’t worry if you do not know much information regarding the parties. If we do need information that you failed to complete or if we need any additional information, one of our staff members will contact you for that specific information. Once you are complete, submit your adoption document order to us and within 24 hours, we will have the documents prepared and ready for you to review.
Once your order is prepared, they will be sent to you via email as well as mailed to you if you chose that option upon checkout. We ask that you review the documents for accuracy with the information you provided as well as to see if there are any statements that you would like to change or add important information to
When you are ready to file the documents, you will simply print, sign, and file them at your county court. Don’t worry if you do not understand the documents or order that they need to filed!
